You're making her point a little though. The 'man flu' shames him for resting when he's sick. However, you don't have a problem with him resting when he's sick. You have a problem that he doesn't support you when your sick. Lord knows, my wife gets mad when I pull that shit. It means that I need to ensure that everything in the house gets done without her. I need to intercede when the kids yell, "Mom!" I need to be doing this anyway, but especially when she's sick. You should come up with a quip for a man who doesn't chip in while you're down. Instead you're attacking behavior that should be encouraged.
