I didn't ignore it. I addressed indirectly when I said, "I think both genders should have the capacity to deal with stress, but with limits."
I think the work required of men and women should be the same, particularly if we intend on paying them the same wage for the same work (which we should). Stress is typically caused by performing on demand, for a specific result.
If companies put too much stress on their employees that it has a harmful affect on women, then the stress should reduced for both men and women. Otherwise, we are expecting men to perform at a higher level for the same pay.
Testosterone may help modulate stress in the short run, but I don't think it gives men an upper hand as we typically pay that price down the road (heart attack, strokes and suicide)
