You have both Kotlin and RoR as top 5, but they don't even show up in the top 10 programming languages in either the TIOBE or the PYPL Indices. While Kotlin is at least trending upward, Ruby is not. Why include RoR is a top backend framework over other frameworks that are clearly more popular ones out there? (like PHP and .NET)
