Yes, I have that problem. It's especially difficult when every detail needs to be thoroughly understood for the entire point to make sense (like programming logic). If you miss a single point because your mind wanders, you lose the rest of it. I have to ask for someone to start over.

In fact, it may not be that your mind is wandering, it could be it's just lagging behind. If you are busy contemplating the first point, you may miss the second or third.
