Yea, it's vicious cycle, right? Men don't help with domestic chores, women struggle to compete in the workplace because of domestic responsibilities. Women don't make as much and expect men to pay for more, leading to men expecting women to do more domestically. Ideally, women should make the same and put in the same effort, and men should support them by doing their fair share around the house (including parental responsibilities). It's easier said than done. I can tell you, I know I should be doing more around the house, and I'm still not keeping up with my wife. I'm trying, though.
