Yea it does. I agree with feminists that men need to contribute more to domestic responsibilities. If they did, they would require the same flexibility that women do. I think that would help address some of the wage gap and enrich men's lives at the same time. It's chicken or the egg thing though. Women generally expect men to make more money, which encourages men to prioritize career over home life. It's understandable though, if she's going to do more work around the house why should she be responsible for bring home the biggest pay check too? Around and around we go.
