All of which is either generally misleading or blatantly false. The gender pay gap has barely moved. When adjusted for inflation that gap has decreased by a measly 1.1% from the mid-90’s to the present. That’s not progress. That’s stagnation. If the rate at which men committed suicide was only reduced by that number in a 30 year period, would you pat yourself on the back and say, ‘problem solved’? No. Would you call it a significant reduction? Again, no.

Do we really expect men and women to get paid the same when they aren't working the same jobs? What about the fact that men are putting in more hours?
