Well written and reasonable. I like that you took the time to understand and explain the dynamics between men and women. I would like to add that even flirtation doesn't mean sexual interest. It could be just attraction. Sexual interest is another level. I would hope that a man and a woman can engage in casually flirtatious behavior and be able to safely withdraw.
