Totally agree.

The movie, I Care A Lot, had such a great villian in Maria Grayson. She chose to exploit elder people and she was unrepentant about it. The writers made her evil and extremely competent. When I watch the movie, I was expecting her to lose at the end ( a moral ending, right?). No! She won! I had to take a long look at my expectations.

Regardless, there was a backlash. Many thought the film was throwing shade at female empowerment. I felt the movie was affirming for feminism. Now we have representation with a true female villian that is completely uncompromising. If you haven't seen it, you should watch it.
