Thank you for that. I think that may have been what triggered my passionate disagreement with your article. I have been characterized as frugal. As an adult man, at the end of the day, it's my responsibility to make sure there is enough money to pay for a lot of things for a more people than just myself (children, aging parents...etc). If I go on a date, it's hard enough to justify the expense of a sensible restaurant without being criticized for being a cheapskate. It's just pay, pay, pay. Never ends.
