It definitely pushes the notion that DV is a gendered issue with men as perpetrators and women as victims. It says this about women perpetrators:

"Their violence is used primarily to respond to and resist the violence used against them."

IOW, Feminism believes that women only use violence to defend themselves.

Men need their own advocacy group. Feminists usually look at men as the problem. How can it advocate for men when it sees men as the problem?

There's a difference between me hearing you and me agreeing with you.
