Sure, if he's ready to not have children anymore. A vasectomy is a poor choice for birth control if you think you may want to have children with someone later.

I know, earlier in your article, you said that vasectomies are largely reversable. They are, but there's no guarantee that you can impregnate someone after you've had one.

They are also very expensive (well, for me. $15k is a lot of money to me) and not likely to be covered by insurance. That's a lot of money for something that may not even work.

I wish men had better options.
