In the end, you have to decide for yourself what is important. I know a lot of what is suggested in this article triggers some sexist outrage. Read what it says about men. For example, it states that happiness is a unattractive emotion. Does that mean I can either be happy or attractive to women: not both? Does it mean that women don't want men to be happy?
