Really? I'm 54 and I feel basically invisible. Nobody compliments balding a middle aged man. I was over weight and I recently lost 20 pounds and I had to fish for complements from my wife. I think I would blush if some offered me an ageist back handing complement like "Wow, you look really good for your age".
