Ok, not trying to be insensitive. It just seems to me that lumping sexual harassment and sexual assault into a single statistic is the wrong way to go about things. While sustained sexual harassment is damaging, it is verbal, right? It doesn't rise to the level of offense that sexual assault does. It's like saying 1 out of 4 people has suffered the effects of the cold or flu. A cold and the flu are to entirely different things.
