No the war in Ukraine does not debunk Feminism. Regardless of whether they defend against invaders or not, women should have the right to

1. Own property

2. Get paid the same wage for the same work

3. Vote and have equal representation in Government.

4. Be able to live free of sexual harassment and assault.

I do think we should discuss whether or not require men to stay and fight and allow women to leave on gender alone is fair. It's one thing if you're a caretaker, it's another thing if you don't have children or elderly to look after. It's another to say that we can't risk women's lives simply because they are women, yet we can risk men's lives. Men's lives are no less valuable than women's.
