Many women are doing all of the housework. It doesn't have to be that way. I share housework with my wife. We both do laundry and clean dishes together. We also share all the bills. I make more than she does, but it doesn't matter. It all goes into a single account for paying bills and we both transfer the same amount of discretionary funds into our respective accounts to go buy what we want to.

Your article implies that if he pays the bills that some how he'll start helping out with the housework. I don't think that is what will happen.
