Male suicide is not a Feminist issue. I never read any thing from Feminists about collective action to reduce male suicide. I could say the same thing about countless other issues in society that uniquely affect men. Feminists advocate for women. Feminists do not advocate for men. At least not in the sense that they propose collective action on men's behalf. To be clear, I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I just don't see Feminism as a solution to problems in society that men face.

I don't think stating this makes me "anti-feminist".
