Kind of reminds me of when Joe Biden said, "If you don't vote for me, you ain't black". It was a stupid thing to say, but I don't think his intentions were malicious. I'm not saying he's stupid either. I've said stupid things too. Nobody is perfect. Whoopi is usually a bit more poised than this. I expect the Jewish community will be very quick to accept her apology and move on.
