I agree with you. However, people (feminists and non-feminists) use those stereotypes, true or untrue as they may be, to at least imply that one gender is better than the other (hence the last item on each list <<gender>> make better leaders). As you said, all of those attributes are most likely nurture, not nature. Regardless, they can be still used to value one gender over the other.
Put those 2 lists together and we have a fully developed human being.
I love the sentiment, but I'm not sure completely I agree. If you put the lists together, you have a fully developed ideal of a human being. Otherwise, I can't imagine I would ever be a fully developed human being. That's a lot to live up to.
