I'm not taking it personally. Generalizations about any kind of demographic are reductive and most of them they are untrue. That goes for any demographic. I think you probably label shitty things that men say about women, in a generally way, as misogyny, regardless of whether you decide to call it out or not or take it personally. If you did, you would be right. Taking your personal experiences with men and making a generalizations about men is wrong, it's sexist, and I'm simply calling that out.
