If she had a strong case of abuse and rape and the perponderance of evidence was unassailable, as you claim, then she should have filed charges. It's not like the TRO wasn't already public. Instead, she settled out of court with an NDA and an non- disparagement clause, and then wrote the op-ed to give her career a little PR and stick it to her ex-husband. She was the one who originally circumvented the courts and invoked the wrath of public opinion on Johnny. Now the public opinion has turned against her. I have some sympathy for her, but she threw the first stone.
