I wear baggies for mountain biking, mostly because I'm afraid of tearing up my expensive road cycling bibs when I fall. I realize that dirt is kinder than concrete, but I almost never fall when I'm on my road bike.

Additionally, my mountain biking buddies might make fun of me when I show up in lyrcra. I'm sensitive.
