I think everyone should be on a planned diet. Not necessarily for intentional weight loss. A planned diet means that you're intentional about what you eat. Your diet should be appropriate for your lifestyle. If you're relative active, you need to eat more, to fuel your activities. If you're not as active, you shouldn't eat as much. Everyone should engage in some level of physical activity and their diet should corelate with that level of activity. What's so toxic about that?
