I think evening the playing field can be very helpful if you want more of a partnership in marriage. If men don't carry as much of the burden of provider, then they don't have to prioritize their career above all else. This means a better work-life balance: contributing more to domestic responsibilities, spending more time with the family and a better relationship with their wife.
