I read the rest of the article, and I'm sorry, I'm going to totally judge on this one. Your premise that women are naturally better at teaching is based on anecdotal evidence: one male teacher. Based on that one instance, you have concluded that maybe men don't make good teachers.
That is definitively bias and sexist. Don't feel too bad, it's also very common. However, it is also harmful.
In the U.S. boys are failing to keep up with girls in education. It's just a really bad time to be clinging to these types of biases. Just as we are encouraging women to work in STEM fields, we should be encouraging men to work in education.
