I made a fair point. It makes me sad that you're offended by it. I don't understand why we have to confine the discussion of violence to female victims, particularly when the author was asking for a male point of view. How in heck can we reasonably say, "Let's have a public discussion on solving the problem violence toward women that includes men", but exclude a discussion of violence towards men. Especially when men are statistically at more risk
