I feel the need to mention that the .NET CLR can run on MacOS and Linux. I bring this up because

1. You mentioned Windows servers

2. There is still the perception that C#, .NET and ASP.NET are components of a Windows only platform.

The large installation base is likely being migrated to Docker/Kubernetes and is as likely to be hosted in Azure, AWS or GCP (Google Cloud Platform). I mention this because assuming they are migrating to Azure cloud again reinforces the perception that it only runs on Microsoft infrastructure.
