I don't think you should have to be nice in order to have basic human rights. As a man, I'm totally in support of a woman's right to an abortion and I frequently tell people that. It's the right thing to do. Regardless if women are nice about it or not.

You, however, have voiced an opinion in other pieces that suggests that each gender should fend for themselves when it comes to basic human rights. << in response to an article that suggested that abused men should not be turned away from women's shelters >>:

"Women had to fight for the existence of these places without any help from men. If men need shelter (and they clearly do) they need to act and lobby for it just as women did. Or are they waiting for women like you to do it for them?"
