I don't think it's true that all the smart women in Disney films were villians. Here is list of just a few women that were smart and good.

1. Mary Poppins in Marry Poppins

2. Miss Eglantine Price in Bedknobs and Broomsticks

3. Vivien Morgan in A Knight in Camelot

4. Helen Parr (Elastigirl) in Incredibles 1 & 2

5. Edna Mode in Incredibles 1 & 2

6. Sally Carrera in Cars 1, 2 & 3

7. EVE in Walley

8. Tinker Bell in Tinker Bell, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue

9. Tiana in The Princess and the Frog

10. Merida in Brave

Disney has had it's issues. However, they have definitely provided more than enough positive female role models in their films. Specifically ones that were downright feminist (Helen Parr, Edna Mode, Tiana and Merida)
