I am making an assumption, it's a bar in the vicinity of a university. Those are typically singles bars. If it's not a singles bar, fine, my mistake.

This is harassment - if you do not understand this, you, little man, are part of the problem. Period.

If you're going to get technical, the girls ignored the boys and the repeated the same question "what are you females drinking", once. That's what I read. It's possible that they repeated the question because they were ignored. Bars are loud and they may not have felt the girls had heard them.

There was nothing said that was sexual and no physical contact. None of the behavior that I would typically consider harassment.

They could have told the young men to leave them alone. After that, it would have been harassment if the young men carried on. That never occurred because the author and her friend stormed out.

Why are you calling me a little man?
