He wasn't threatening her. He wasn't texting her. He was using hyperbole with a friend to blow off steam. Througout all of this, Johnny was obviously a train wreck. But there is no evidence of physical abuse against Amber. There is audio of Amber admitting to that she abused Johnny physically.
