First of all, notice that I used quotes around “reverse racism”, to me it is just racism. Secondly, you don’t have to have institutional structures to enforce racism. Where do you get this? A black man could walk and shoot me in the head with a pistol because he considers white people undeserving of life. It would be very effective, I would dead. The bullet doesn’t require institutional structures to penetrate my skull and end my life. It just wouldn’t be a systemic problem, it would be anecdotal. Regardless, his reasons for killing me would racist. Racism against white people is possible.
