First of all, I don't think Feminism is stupid. I whole hearted believe that women and men should be treated equally in society. However, I do not think that a reasoned discussion on changing dating traditions (who asks, who pays) in the context of gender equality is fundamentally anti-feminist. In fact, I know of more than a few women who prefer to split the cost of dating because of their egalitarian convictions.
