Asking questions is how I learn. You are infering my tone by my question. However, I can tell without inference that you are being condescending. In order to victim blame, Monica has to be a victim and I have to be blaming her for something. What is Monica a victim of? Abuse? What did Bill Clinton do to Monica that was abusive? What am I blaming her for? The abuse? How can I be doing that? I don't even understand how she was being abused.
It would be one thing if she was sexually assaulted and I said that she provoked him. That would be victim blaming. She wasn't sexually assaulted. So how was she abused? I am asking: what is she a victim of?
An imbalance of power does not mean abuse exists.
