All of these reasons seem to indicate a bias. To me there are two reasons beyond personal preference why developers would choose a mac.

1. You have to have use Apple OS to build for iOS. (Thank you for that Apple)

2. You need to trouble shoot an web app issues that only occur in Safari (the new IE), which only runs in iOS or macOS.

People who regularly use Windows find macOS confusing and visa versa. With the new M1 Macs you can't use two external monitors! (deal-killer).
